The use of this website shall be governed by these conditions, including the contents and services that are available to users. For this reason, at APRI we ask you to carefully read these conditions, as they contain all the information relating to your rights and obligations.
You should know that by accessing the website you will already be considered as “user” of it, and thus expressly accept, automatically and voluntarily, the conditions in force at any given time. If you do not wish to accept them, we recommend that you do not continue to use the website. It should be noted that the access to www.relacionesinstitucionales.es is free and does not require prior subscription or registration.
APRI se reserva el derecho, en exclusiva y en cualquier momento, a revisar las presentes condiciones para introducir modificaciones derivadas de cambios legislativos o por decisiones corporativas, comprometiéndose a publicar y con ello informar de las variaciones que pudieran afectar a los usuarios. Obligations and responsibilities of users
During the use of this website, the user agrees not to contravene the current legislation, good faith, the generally accepted uses and public order, and it is forbidden to use it for illicit, misleading, malicious or harmful purposes for APRI or third parties. Therefore, the use must be adequate and correct, and the user must abstain from conducts that are harmful to the image, interests and/or rights of APRI and/or third parties and from conducts that damage, disable or overload the website. Likewise, the user must abstain from accessing, using and/or manipulating the data of APRI.
The user commits to provide truthful information through communications with APRI, and is solely responsible for any damage or harm that, directly or indirectly, such information may cause, due to its inaccuracy or falseness, both to APRI and to third parties.
APRI adopts reasonably adequate security measures to detect the existence of viruses. However, it must be taken into account that the security measures of the computer systems are not entirely reliable, and therefore APRI cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could affect the computer systems, documents and/or files of the user. We ask users to refrain from introducing or spreading on the net computer viruses or physical or logical systems that could cause damage to APRI or to third parties.
APRI reserves the right to take the necessary legal actions in defence of its interests or to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the access to the website on the occasion of maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations.

Responsibility of the company
APRI is not responsible for the deficiencies of the service of its service provider, nor for the communication networks, nor for the problems resulting from the malfunctioning or use of non-optimized versions of any type of browser, as well as those derived from prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government and, in general, for all cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases.
Both the access to the website and the use that may be made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of the person performing it. Therefore, APRI is not responsible for the consequences that could arise from such use or access to the information and will only proceed to remove, as soon as possible, the contents that could generate any type of damage or harm, as long as it is notified or that APRI has effective knowledge of it.

In the News section you can find information about novelties, offered services, interesting data and any general information related to APRI. This website offers users the possibility to participate with their comments in the entries that are published by APRI in the Blog section.
APRI recommends to users that, under their own responsibility, carefully read these specific conditions if they intend to participate, as it will be understood as acceptance of these conditions of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with these rules, we suggest that you do not participate.
The opinions expressed in the entries are the sole responsibility of the users, as well as the responsibility of any type that may arise from them. APRI does not assume any responsibility for the information or opinions expressed by users in a personal capacity. Specially, responsibility for the information contained in the pages of third parties and published by users in their comments is rejected.
However, the user expressly agrees to make use of the tabs of www.relacionesinstitucionales.es in a diligent and correct manner, respecting the rules of conduct and good use that are listed below:

Conflict resolution, applicable Law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by the Spanish laws and, in particular, by the legislation on the protection of personal data (Organic Law 3/2018, of 5th December, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights and its implementing regulations, in addition to the General Regulation on Data Protection 2016/679 of the European Union), and by the legislation on information society services (Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on information society services and electronic commerce). Any dispute shall be resolved before the Courts of Madrid.
